Osoyoos is located in the southern most region of British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Osoyoos is at the crossroads of two of BC's main highways, Highway 97 and Highway 3. There are several boat launches and three marinas for those who wish to rent power boats, Jet Skis, windsurfers or a paddle boats.

For golfers, Osoyoos Golf & Country Club offers 27 holes of championship golf. Desert Springs Golf Course is a scenic lake view par 3 course. Both courses are open to the public.
